Free Service: Recovery Coaching
A Recovery Coach supports people concerned with an addiction. By working together, a person will set their own goals, work to achieve and strive to grow. In doing this, they are more likely to enjoy a very strong recovery journey. Recovery coaches do not diagnose addiction, treat addiction, monitor abstinence, design the recovery plan, or tell the person what to do or how to do it. People who participate in the recovery coaching process must have a commitment to recovery. All conversations are confidential. Download the flyer for more information.
If you or someone you know would like to work with a recovery coach:
1. Ask for permission to release the name and telephone number or email of the interested person to the recovery coach program;
2. Call Melanie Sheehan at 802-674-7089; email
3. A recovery coach will contact the interested person directly.
